How do I find the right tyre?
Use the Tyre Finder by vehicle or tyre size, then confirm the listed fitment and product specifications before ordering.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available only for eligible Pakistan orders. International checkout does not offer COD.
How can I track my order?
Sign in and open Orders. Once a shipment and tracking number are created, the order detail page shows carrier, tracking and shipment events.
Can I save products?
Yes. Sign in and use Wishlist on a product page. Saved products are available from Account or Wishlist.
How do returns work?
Contact support for the relevant order and item. Eligibility is reviewed against the product condition and applicable terms before a return is approved.
Are reviews genuine?
Reviews are tied to delivered purchases and are submitted by signed-in customers. New reviews enter moderation before appearing publicly.
What payment methods are available?
Payment options depend on destination, currency and the payment methods enabled by MOTEVRA.
