1. About MOTEVRA

Products may be supplied from MOTEVRA-managed inventory or by third-party suppliers. The seller or fulfilment party for an item may affect its availability, delivery options and return conditions; relevant details should be checked on the product page and during checkout.

2. Product information and fitment

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and stock information accurate. Images are illustrative where stated, and colours or details can vary between displays or product batches. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your vehicle and intended use. For tyres, wheels, electrical items and safety-related parts, confirm the required size, specification, ratings and compatibility before ordering. 3. Prices, currencies and taxes

Prices may be displayed in a currency selected by you or detected for your destination. Currency conversion is for display and checkout calculation; the final amount and transaction currency are the amounts shown at payment confirmation. Exchange rates can change. Shipping charges, taxes and other charges are shown where calculated or available at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other destination charges may apply to international orders. Unless checkout or applicable law says otherwise, charges collected by customs or a carrier are not included merely because a shipping price is displayed.

4. Orders and payment

An order confirmation or payment authorisation does not necessarily mean that an item has shipped. We may contact you to clarify details or resolve an issue before fulfilment. 6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Return eligibility, condition requirements, exclusions and refund timing depend on the product, order, supplier requirements and applicable consumer law. Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request before sending an item back. Do not ship a return until you have received instructions.

We work to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of an external service. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on MOTEVRA.
